I was trying to find a mobile dog groomer who’d come out to my place in Coquitlam because my dog straight up panics in the car. I got tired of asking on FB groups and getting 80 random numbers that go nowhere, so I started poking around and ended up using this business directory bc. What I liked is it didn’t just throw the usual big chains at me, there were a ton of smaller services I’d never even heard of. The filters are chill too, I could narrow it by region and even see stuff like “mobile only” which saved me a ton of time. Found this lady who runs a tiny operation but is amazing with anxious dogs, and now she’s the only one I call. Same thing happened with a tailor last fall when I needed last-minute help with a suit—again, no big ads, just local folks who clearly know what they’re doing. I kinda wish I’d known about it sooner, honestly. It’s become my go-to before I even hit Google now. It’s weird how hard it is to find quality local stuff when it’s right under your nose.
